Kelly's Story
Kelly Frechette’s journey into the construction industry was anything but conventional. At just 17, she and her husband, Steve, took a leap of faith, purchasing their first home together and embarking on a life of entrepreneurship and hard work. While Steve built his expertise in drywall, Kelly applied her marketing background and business acumen to help grow what started as a small operation into a thriving company. Together, they founded Board Boss Drywall, overcoming the challenges of a competitive industry to establish themselves as a leader in residential and commercial drywall projects across Niagara.

Building a business from the ground up required resilience, adaptability, and an unshakable commitment to quality. In the early days, Kelly juggled the demands of business ownership while raising a family, proving that grit and determination could turn a vision into reality.
